Every batch at Verb is a deliberate act — sourcing exceptional green beans, roasting in small lots, and pouring that care into every cup. This is coffee that means something.
Verb Coffee Roasters was born from a simple conviction: that coffee deserves the same attention to craft as any other food or drink we take seriously. Located on Broadway in Boulder, we roast every batch by hand, in quantities small enough to watch, adjust, and care about.
We work directly with farmers who share our standards — no intermediaries, no shortcuts. You'll find single-origins from Ethiopia to Colombia, seasonal microlots, and blends that change with the harvest. What stays constant is our respect for the bean and the people who grow it.
Rotating single-origins and house blends, each one chosen for what it expresses about its origin and season.
Bright and floral with notes of jasmine, bergamot, and stone fruit. Washed process, medium-light roast that lets the terroir speak.
Balanced and round with a silky body. Dark chocolate, toasted almond, and a hint of caramel. A reliable daily driver with real character.
Our signature — approachable but never boring. Brown sugar, red berry, and a clean finish. Designed for espresso or pour-over, equally at home with or without milk.
Our selection changes with each harvest. Stop by or give us a call to see what's currently roasting.
Call UsFour steps, zero shortcuts. This is how we treat every bag that leaves our roastery.
We travel to origin and build relationships with farmers who grow with intention. Every lot is cupped, scored, and approved before it ever reaches our dock.
Small batches on our drum roaster, each one monitored and adjusted in real time. We roast to highlight, not hide — letting the bean's character lead.
Freshly roasted coffee needs time. We let each batch rest on our degassing tables so the flavors can settle and clarify before packaging.
Every bag comes with our recommended brew method and grind size. But we're happy to help you dial in whatever setup you prefer — that's part of the service.
Whether you're curious about a specific origin, need brewing advice, or want to discuss wholesale — we're happy to help. Drop us a message and we'll get back to you within the day.
Thanks for reaching out. We'll get back to you soon.
